Dates & Deadlines
At EAC, families may apply for matriculation to start in the 1st semester (August) or 2nd semester (January) of the school year. The admissions season is divided into five rounds according to the deadlines below.

(*) Admissions tests will be applied to candidates when standard tests results are not available and in all cases for local students (objective is to evaluate the candidate’s proficiency in Portuguese and Math). Tests are charged separately, please contact us for fees.
(**) Principals’ decision on a candidate’s acceptance is based on the academic history, recommendation letters and test results. Final decision depends on availability of school vacancies.
(***) EAC will not consider applicants for admissions for the 12th grade (senior) year. This includes students who had previously been enrolled at EAC but who withdrew in order to participate in a cultural exchange or whose family moved out of the Campinas area. This information is consistent with our 'regimento' (Brazilian Program policy).
