Application Procedure

All applicants must apply for admission formally by completing the application form and submitting it well in advance of your child’s intended date of entry.  You may complete the form online or by coming to the Admissions Office.

When the required application materials are completed and submitted, they will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee. In making the final decision for admission, the aspects of self-motivation and positive attitude toward learning are important considerations. In addition, for the Upper School, a personal interview and an evaluation of English proficiency are required.

At EAC we follow the American school calendar which begins in August and ends in June. Therefore, children coming from schools with different calendars (e.g. January to November) will be placed in the grade they are currently attending (if enrolled in the beginning of the EAC school year), or in the grade which he/she has just completed if enrolled in the second semester in EAC. The final decision for grade placement rests with the school.

Please note that students will only be allowed in the classrooms upon presentation of all requested documents (matriculation and health forms, official school transcript, birth certificate/passport, and vaccination card, among others).
